How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail, and from the floor to the top of the head when sitting. The house should let them stand, turn around, and lie fully stretched out with a little room to spare. Each product page lists the internal dimensions and a recommended dog size. If you're unsure, send us your dog's measurements and we'll recommend the right fit.

Can you recommend a size based on breed or weight?

What if my dog is between two sizes?

Choose the larger of the two. Dogs value a little extra room to turn and stretch, and the house still reads as a calm, enclosed den.

Can two dogs share one house?

How do I clean and care for the wood?

Yes — the covers are removable and machine washable at 40°C. Air dry to preserve the material.

Can the house be used outdoors or on a covered terrace?
